Alchemy Asset Pack

Over the past year I’ve received a lot of positive feedback on my watercolour art used in the game I am making. So I decided to make a free hand painted asset pack and share it with everyone!

Enjoy 46 free fantasy items in this Alchemy Asset Pack.

Original assets hand painted with watercolour (and love!)

The theme of this asset pack is items you might find in an Alchemist’s study, or perhaps a wizard’s office. I’m thinking a combination of Dumbledore + Snape’s offices, but with a bit more colour.

In the asset pack you’ll receive the .png and the .psd versions of the files, and this demo scene. You can adjust the sprites and change the colours to fit the perspective and style of your scene. If you don’t have photoshop to do this, I recommend Photopea – a free online browser based clone of Photoshop. It’s excellent!

Terms of use

You’re welcome to use and modify this alchemy asset pack to your heart’s content. I simply ask that you give credit to me wherever you may share them, either by linking my youtube channel, twitter, or this blog.
I’d also love to see what you make with them so feel free to send me screenshots, videos, demos, and gifs.

More goodies to come…

I’m working on a game developer email series that will begin in August 2019, full of recommendations, tools, exercises, inspiration, thought experiments, creative challenges, and gifts. If you’re not into it, you can unsubscribe – no pressure!

Thanks so much for being here! Looking forward to sharing more with you.

Sending my bestest love,
Julia
